Breathing

When I was in highschool I took up classical singing. I learnt to breathe deeply by expanding my stomach muscles. That is great, as a singer, and great for healthy excercise and good posture.

But now I don't know how to breathe with my upper body. From classical singing i know lots of deep breathing excercises, but can anybody give me tips or any excercises for chesty breathing?

I can't bend my body forward while my stomach is expanding, so this is a big problem for me.

Everyday i get in the position to make's it hard to breathe. I relax in that position, breathing in and out slowly. I do this for 5 seconds, doing it after a 1 minute break for as many times as i like. It helps!
