Stretching exercise to add in my program?

Hi.
I've been exercising a lot the last 6 months, and my stomach has come to the point where it no longer a hindrance when it comes to self-sucking. I exercise 3 times a week, mainly weightlifting and going jogging for 20-30 minutes occasionally. I am very pleased with my results, but now I need your help. No program I find has good back exercises for self-sucking, so I was wondering if anyone of you got an exercise that works well and maybe doesn't look too suspicious? There will be people watching me when I stretch, but not always, so give suggestions for private and non-private stretches please.
I've tried checking out the how-to-thread, but the links lead me to massive walls of text, which I quite frankly don't have the discipline to get into. Lacking discipline as my name suggests. Anyone?
