I have been selfing for two years now and this board has helped me get to where I am today.
I started of just being able to lick the tip straining all the way, sore back, and a black and blue cock some days from pulling!!
Anyway I believe not enough attention is paid to the stomach muscles and how relaxing them will help you get a much deeper relaxed position to selfsuck. Once I have curled my back and suck my gut in i totally relax my stomach muscles and its amazing how much more I can get in my mouth.
At that point it also alllows my back a stress-less pose where if i just relax I can pretty much stay in the position without strain. Breathing is important as well, must be steady and calm.
