please forgive my english if it's not too good, i'm not a native english speaker.
i got to this site by googling the term "selfsuck" as i thought it "could" be possible... i've always been quite (but not enough hehe) flexible
after reading a bit i discoverde that maybe i'd be able to do it with a little practice, but i hope someone can give me a little advice, if it's not too much to ask

i found that i can't seem to get ver far in the c position, but i can ALMOST get into x position... you see, i can get my right leg behinf my head easily, but not so easily with my left. so i figured that i'd let the left be the one in frton, as the right is more bendy... the thing is that, although i get to this position, i can't hold it very long, and it's not close enough anyway

well... my point is... if i can get in this pseudo x position... should i keep on doing it and see if i get better with the time, or should i go on practising Cs? (well, actually, i'd appreciate any advice you can give me)

thak you very much, and congrats for the forum and the whole site, it's very informative and has been really useful to me

Very few people are supple enough to do this naturally and with ease, for the majority of us it’s a mater of degrees and we have to work at the rest that by and large tends to be flexibility and breathing. To improve these two areas may lead to looking at fitness, physique and diet and as I say the amount of effort you will need to put into any of them depends on where you’re at to start with. I suggest a troll through the archive post, where you’ll discover you situation is not unique, and read the useful comments by other members of this board; also look at the “How to,” section.

When it comes to what position, I think most will favour one over the another, but nonetheles at this stage you're probably better off practicing all as they will benefit each other.
Best of luck
