Just keep doing it. Work your tongue over the head and frenulum.
You'll figure out soon enough what works for you.

yeah you really have to discover for yourself what works best for you. even then, that can vary...sometimes i really like to bob up and down on my head, but lately i have really been enjoying just holding the head in my mouth and nursing on it.
