Help! Ribs?

Hi,
I am only around 2 inches away from my dick now, but my rib and pelvis seem to be touching. Im scared that I could cause serious damage to my organs or bones grinding. Am i doing something wrong? I can't seem to bend my spine that much around my upper ribcage because well, i hgave a ribcage. Im feel like im so close yet so far! Any tips on some strethces, exercises or technique?

Hey, no ... you're fine. Mine can do that too. So your spine in the middle is more flexible, work on stretching your upper and lower back more by touching your toes. Try to also get your hip bones to kind of go under your ribs, that should give you the gain you need.

Sounds like you are on the right path. I suggest loosening up with a yoga move called the plow.

I'll be stretching my upper back from now on and doing the plow lol
