Yeah - that's a nice one!
If you download the video instead of watching it on the site the spitting-out of the cum is very clear - streaming video online tends to be jumpy so you'll often miss details.

You need to have a browser like Firefox that you can add a video downloader extension/addon to. Chrome probably has one too. For Firefox Downloadhelper is what I use.

Al, I've got the Firefox Download Helper, but it doesn't list any of the permutations of this particular video, so which one do you use?

I've got DownoloadHelper and Flash Video Downloader and they both work on that site for me.
