I've seen (usually female) contortionists that can sit on their own heads. If a guy could do that and he was well endowed, I wonder if he could suck himself in such a position.

Wow - that is great.
I did a quick image search and apparently this is from a place called "Modo beach". Here's a quote from someone's blog:
