Question about lower abdominal muscle

Has anyone else noticed their lower abdominal musles; above the pubic hair area getting bigger?
Mine has formed a V shape, it doesn't hurt, it's just a little concerning.
I think the muscle in that area is really being worked hard when I'm towards the end of my SS session in the plow posistion. It is usually a little sore for a couple hours after the SS.
When I first started SS two and a half yrs. ago it was really sore for about two days after SS. Now it's just a little discomforting; however it's really hard and solid. Without sounding like I'm bragging, a girl might look at it and think it's sexy, but my concern is that it will get bigger and when I'm older instead of haveing a spare tire around my diaphram I could have some droopy muscle above my pubic area.
Well for the good news... after 2 1/2 years I am now regularly being able to get the head of my penis behind my teeth and actually Self Suck. I've watched people on video after video being abe to do this and I wanted so bad to be able to do it as well.
I was at a stuck point for such a long time, for some reason it was alway so hard to get my head behind my teeth; but once I did, I just slowly exhaled and brought my Dick closer into my mouth. I suppose basically I screw my mouth and as I lunge in, I exhale.

Actually you're flexing the lower abdominals much like leg lifts, you know lying on the floor and holding your feed about 6" off the floor. This will help them and keep the fat off. The soreness will leave as it is just tanic acid building up from the flexing in the plow position. Are you thin? So many guys have a fat pad there which hinders the bend.

Yes I'm thin, and there is no fat there at all. Over the last two and one half years ive just turned it into a strong muscle area. I'm wondering also, if other people have experianced useing this muscle area in a strenuous manner and have developled a more defined and bigger muscle above the pubic area.

Congratulations on your progress, man - that's great!
Yes - solosucking can be a strenuous workout and it will definitely change your body shape if you do it enough. That's good! Are you worried that having droopy muscle will somehow be worse than having a spare tire, if that ever happens? Seems like a 6-of-one situation to me.
If solosucking is the only strenuous exercise you're getting you might want to look at that - it's good to be in good shape in general and there are various ways to do that, including yoga routines that will help with the selfing.

Yeah I suppose I am worried that haveing a droopy muscle would look worse than a spare tire. I just dittn't think of it, in those words.

Glad to hear I'm helping out. "a 6-of-one situation" was referring to an old expression "6-of-one, a half-dozen of the other" meaning - both options are especially the same, so why worry about one more than the other.

God damn, how much of your own dick sucking must one do to start getting a six pack?! Rubbed must be going at it a lot!
But..I should definitely stretch more! If I could suck my own dick I'd never leave the house. If I got a six pack from enough solo-sucking that'd be even more awesome. This sounds like great incentive to get into shape and be flexible enough to do this. 2-for-1 and both very much pleasurable.

I'm glad this post inspires you. If you haven't read the how to posts, I recommend reading them. They are really helpful. I just do it once a week, how ever about three days before I do it, I will do what I will call a partial SS.
I go throgh the posistions.. Plow, and the C posistion and other minor posistions 2 or 3 times. I do this a few days before SS, just to stay Limber.
I do Yoga 2 or 3 times a week, My Core 2 Days a week, and Cardio 3 days a week.
Seems to be working for me.

I don't know if I can pull it off though, I'm about 2-3 inches away from my cock in the crawl-the-wall position, probably a little closer if I have a pillow under my head. I have quite a way to go before I can reach my cock though, I'm not overly big either, about 6-7" depending how turned on I am.
