It's from an American TV showed called Shameless. This scene appeared in season 3, but I'm not sure which episode. There's a movie called Short Bus that shows a guy autofellating with cum shot and all, and it was only rated R, not X. However, I couldn't find a link to it.

According to the page (it's in French but easy to decipher) it's from Season 3 episode 7.

The man who sucks himself in Shortbus is an old friend of mine (as is the director) and you all should be proud to know that he used my site and these forums to polish up his solosucking technique. A great movie all-around if you haven't seen it!

I saw Shortbus in the theater, that was an experience. I've been meaning to buy it on DVD but I guess I waited too long. The price went way up. Perhaps it's now out of print...
