You are still young and spry, plenty of time to make a comeback. You mentioned you were still slim, so you really shouldn't have to work on your weight, the main thing is to stretch every day and keep at it. For a comeback I can only say to just keep trying it everyday.
If you've been able to selfsuck before you should be able to get back on to it without any problem.
Especially because you're saying that you're slim and of course 18 which is still very young.
