Newbie Progress Report

Hello All,
Been creeping the forum the past few weeks, unlike many stories I have read on this forum I did not come across this idea in my teens. But it is something that from time to time I have come across on porn sites. When I was younger I was pretty flexible and could get my legs behind my head albeit with some difficulty.
I started my journey about 2 weeks ago now. Much like anybody else in their 30's I am not the most active and although I don't consider myself fat I am 200lbs and 5'9. I am approx 8 inches in length. I began to perform some stretches and of course I have a very stiff lower back which I see a chiropractor for, I also have a slight anterior pelvic tilt so therefore my stomach has a little pouch right above my dick. After doing stretching, most of which made me learn that my hamstrings and legs are so friggen tight, I attempted C position and also X position. based on measurements I am approx 5 inches away and the skin in front of my abs bunches up and creates a wall which actually causes my penis to move further away.
Seems I have a long way to go, but part of me posting is that I want there to actually be a record / progress report for others who stumble across this forum. I have read and seen many posts in which someone posts a 1 or 2 month update and then drops off from posting. I have read even on this very forum that some believe that only 2-3 /1000 men are able to achieve this, therefore this is my experiment to see if this is true. Either my hard work pays off or at the very least I become more flexible and get a better spine out of the deal.
Either way my goal for the rest of the month is to focus on stretching and building my core strength and also improving my diet to help lessen the gut that is currently in my way. I will try to post and update at the very minimum every 2 weeks or so.
If you have any suggestions or helpful advice please feel free to share.
