Hey great vid sqh0710. I'm pretty jealous of your technique.
Do you think you can help me out? I'm having trouble getting my legs behind my head for the x. Can you tell me what stretches would be good for this? I'm at the point where i can get my feet straight up but not any farther back and I can't get my shoulders through my legs yet.
What stretches should I be concentrating on to achieve this? As soon as I can do this I'd like to post some pics and a vid.

^ Thanks for that man. I had to register to check out the file, but it was worth it because there seems to be a lot of good info in there.
Man, the more I get into this whole SS thing, the more I've noticed there seems to be a whole type of secret community that revolves around it, haha. It's pretty cool!

Part of the handshake ritual requires that you have a penis, otherwise it is impossible to complete. The details of exactly what that part involves I leave to your imagination.
