Well i think my penis is under 6 inches and i'm uncliped.

Keep trying, it's not much different if you're uncut. I thought I was a hopeless case until one day after giving it a good try I finally did it and been able to do it since. Make sure you stretch your hole enough with either two fingers or a good fat buttplug. I use a stainless steel 2 inch diameter for initial dilation, helps a lot. Also, I use combination of vaseline and astroglide. Vaseline is good because it hangs around longer and astroglide provides that extra slippage that you need for initial penetration but washes away quickly.
