I'm havin a hard time keepin it in...it just seems to pop out randomly and all the time quite frustratin any ideas or help u culd advise me?!!?

Yes, use the chrome ball stretcher.. it holds it in.. very well, and you don't feel the ball stretcher at all.. it's like it isn't there, while allowing you to use your hands for other things.. or at least allowing you to give your hands a rest..
