Sit on your bed, leaning back with your legs bent. grab your limp dick in one hand and your balls in the other. Pull you balls toward your head and twist your dick down toward your ass, kind of like you're trying to unscrew the whole set from your crotch. Holding your cock just below the head, pull it down PAST your asshole - if you can pull the head past the hole then you should be able to fuck yourself.
