An Irritating Question...

Another question for SFers everywhere. The good thing about SFing is that it's the closest thing on the planet to safe bareback anal sex 
The bad thing is that every time you do it you expose yourself to the risk of nasty bacteria getting into your urethra and before you know it you have to go see the doc about a burning issue (oh the puns!) So how about you?
