Hey i was just wondering if trying this in the shower would be good? Becuase the water would kinda act like constant lube...

Water is the anti-lube - I don't think it'll help. Soap isn't very good for the beneficial bacteria that live up your ass so I'd stick with the more common lubricants for anything internal. If your shower is in a tub you could use the edge of the tub as the surface you sit on for a hands-free fuck once you've mastered getting it in there.
