Sounds like the cum is probably being blocked by the extreme bend in your cock. Have you tried bending your cock in different directions? If you usually twist it to the left try going to the right. Some men are able to insert without twisting - they just grab their cock-head and pull it down, over their ball-sack, and get it in, but I've never found that to work.
Are you pushing your cock in really deep as you get ready to cum? Maybe that's the problem and you could try getting yourself really close to cumming and then pull out until just the head is in your ass?
