self suck and felt click

i was licking the tip and wanted more - then i felt a click in my mid back
i cant bend forwards as far at the moment as there is some pain and stiffnes
what do you think i have done?

its annoying - I am frustrated with myself for doing that

Hey,
Sorry to hear that, man. It's impossible to say what's going on with you - every body is different. If it's bothering you and you have the option of going to a doctor it might be a good idea to check it out - tell them you were "doing yoga" when it happened.
If it was just muscle pain or stiffness I'd say just take it easy for a while and do gentle stretching, but if you heard a click it might be something more complicated - hard to say.
