The only advice I can give is get a really comfy computer chair and read everything that you can on this forum. While you read.. EXPERIMENT! That means do these things while you read about them. Concentrating by reading will keep you from getting too hard. We have so many different ways of doing this. And what works for someone may not work for another person. For instance, I do the riding position very well using a reinforced cat scratch post. while many guys here can lay down on a bed and literally grab their cock and push it right in and pull it back out fully and slam it back in again. I cannot do this. becuase I have foreskin and lots of it, I have to keep the cock at least half way in or it pops out. However, I like the riding cause its hands free!!

And be patient! It took me weeks just to get the head in. Once I got the head in. I was able to push most of it and just hold it there for several minutes, but could not get any motion for at least a month. After I discovered the 'ride'... I was able to do that right away. Now the ride is the only way I can get it in. But once in, I can shift to different positions.
