This is the only position that works for me. I've described in detail, but clearly pics are needed. The keys to this position are:

1. Place the back of your hand on the sole of the foot that's facing up.
2. Cup your hand around your cock to line it up with your ass, head first
3. Use your body weight to gradually lower your ass onto your cock
