Zits on Scrotum...?

I've noticed now I've been getting some spots on my scrotum that look like zits.. Is this dangerous? Should I try to pop them, or leave them alone? Thanks for any help...

If you have access to a doctor it wouldn't hurt to get'em looked at, but they're probably just sebaceous cysts (which are, basically, zits)
