Wow - is that from the Winter Olympics or the Summer Olympics? Whichever one it is - I want to reserve my tickets right now!
I've always been flexible (as you all know), but it's been quite a few years since I could do a split like that.
I don't remember if the link has been posted here on the forums but there's a clip on xtube of a guy who fists himself all the way up to his elbow. Where do these guys put it all?

No, it is there still. Try again. Sometimes, this message appears but when you try again (sometimes you have to try one, two and three times), it finally works.
