Actually, in the Real plough, it is important to keep the back and the legs Straight. Kinda the opposite.
I find the best way to approach stretching for autodicksucking is to do the opposite bends and also twists, to keep from cramping up and also getting the most balanced support from all other muscle groups.
In between going down on yourself, try Spinal Twist, Cat-Cow, and the Bridge and Goddess.
