I read that it is, that it might cause bald spots to grow back in. Anyone seen any evidence of this? I don't know if it can grow hair back in but it appears to stop excessive hair loss.

Gave it a shot in college and was a success, at 21 continued on until 23... trying to get back into good enough condition to do it again. Next month I will be 48.
