i want to be able to ss more than anything..i am just starting out and am about 5 inches away..i have read the stretches and stuff like that..but can someone help me with a routine of what to do..how often and how long to do the stretches? thanks for any help

back when i was in top form a year or more ago i would touch my toes for a few minutes at a time with my chin to my chest, then switch to backward stretches clasping my hands behind my back and leaning back as far as i could.. go back and forth with these for a while, then get into self suck position, c position for me usually, and slowly stretch in that position.. also i noticed using a curl bar, about 20 reps of curls and over the head lifts really loosened me up right away.. try all that for a while and see if that helps.. it took me a long while of practice to be able to throat myself to the base of my cock, and sometimes shooting heavy loads of cum in my mouth and down my throat, hope this helps, enjoy..

It’s sometimes difficult to answer questions even when furnished with details that in your case are sadly lacking. Unless you are naturally flexible, like Al, (are you?) then the first ting you have to do is get fit, and I mean fit. Being fit will help prevent injury, or help you overcome in the event should you picking one up. Next you need to become flexible, which you can do in conjunction with keeping fit. I suggest yoga classes. Reread the how to files and find out which type of yoga is best. Once you’ve become fit and more flexible, then you can start thinking about SS.

My best advice to you is to stay lean. What is your height and weight? Another big one is how much manual work you do. You have to work your body, partially on the day you try to SS. If I start in the morning working around in the yard, gardening type stuff, lots of bending and squatting. Skip lunch or only have a light lunch, then by 4-5 PM I am able to bend the max. amount. As far as how far and how long do you stretch? Be careful not to go too far, and hurt yourself at first. 30-60 min every other day is a good start. If you want to do it every day have a light day then a strong day. If somrthing hurts, stop and try again another day. Be patient, and don’t worry if one day you can’t bend as much as the last time. That will happen sometimes. Don’t compare day to day, not even week to week, but look to month to month improvements. It’s like a lot of things in life, going for the long haul is better than the quick fix. Stay focus on your goal, and you may achieve it in a few months. The reward will be worth the work.
