Apparati
My fellow citizens,
I was just wondering what kind of tools, help, unorthodox techniques etc. everyone has used or at least tried. Personally, the adjustable desk chair with a heavy, simple desk (that I can slide my head under while sitting) helps immensely, although my neck suffers when I go overboard. Also, I've been attempting use of (a) belt(s), and wonder specifically if anyone has had success in using them, or at least reducing the back and leg muscles' role in proving the force to stretch that far. Thank you for your time, and God bless this great nation.

Re: Apparati
A simple "no, never used any tools" is an acceptable answer as well.

I'm a traditionalist - the only tool I use is my own.
