My progress is coming along great! The first 3 pages of the guide are really helping me. I look at the pictures and think about what I would look like in them. I then do what the instructions say. I'm seeing great results! I'm really comfortable sitting here in the x-position while I slowly type and surf the web lol. Thank you Al!

I know it's not good to take too long of breaks but. I just took a week off break. I'm now starting my routine stretching again. xD how often do you take breaks from strectching Al?

I think you just need to listen to what your body is telling you and figure out what works for you. I have a regular yoga practice 3 times a week these days, but there were periods where I had no regular stretching (beyond sucking my dick).
Every body is different!

Yeah - xtube is a good place to look and you'll get some good ideas from how other men have obscured their identities - masks and things.
