I think it's probably OK - as long as you're careful. If you have a doctor who knows about scoliosis you could ask them if it's OK to do yoga. Actually - most doctors don't know what they're talking about when you ask them questions like that
Do a search online for yoga and scoliosis and you'll find plenty of info - there are people who specialize in it. You can take that info and use it to help you figure out what'll work for you.

I have mild scoliosis and I was able to selfsuck. You just have to be a little more careful with your back.

Thank you guys for the reply, my doctor actually suggest me to do yoga to promote my spine flexibility since i'm pretty stiff since then i've been doing yoga for awhile and i'm more flexible before i started. Guess i have to do more stretching before i can selfsuck
