Muscle relaxers

Post by blacksunshineaz »

Has anyone used muscle relaxers in an attempt to selfsuck better? I've never used them but my wife has some Midol and I was thinking that might help me. However, I don't know what kind of effect it might have on me and whether I am putting myself at risk of an injury if I tried it.

I'm on cyclobenzaprine and meloxicam for permanent back injury and degenerative arthritis.

Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant. It works by blocking nerve impulses (or pain sensations) that are sent to your brain. Cyclobenzaprine is used together with rest and physical therapy to treat skeletal muscle conditions such as pain or injury. So this won't really help you much, plus you need a perscription for it. However since it is also a great anti-spasm drug, its actually quite difficult to reach orgasm when taking this drug on a daily basis.

Meloxicam is an nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic and antipyretic properties. Prostaglandins are substances that contribute to inflammation of joints. Meloxicam inhibits prostaglandin synthetase (cylooxygenase 1 and 2) and leads to a decrease of the synthesis of prostaglandins, therefore, inflammation is reduced. Mechanism of action Anti-inflammatory effects of meloxicam are believed to be due to inhibition of prostaglandin synthetase (cylooxygenase), leading to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. As prostaglandins sensitize pain receptors, inhibition of their synthesis may be associated with the analgesic and antipyretic effects of meloxicam.
