Unbelievable isn't it? I was sucking myself this morning and even though I've been doing it for more than 30 years I'm STILL amazed by how great it is.
As Seahorses says - if you're going to keep on doing it you should stretch regularly and be careful - it's really easy to get caught up in it and push yourself too hard.
