Siatica and self sucking?
I have been and on again off again selfer for many years. lately, i've injured myself in the gym and have siatica problems as a result. I'm curently under the care of a physical therepist.
my question is: is it safe to self suck? when i try it, it doesn't hurt my siatic nerve, but should i lay off until i'm fully healed?

I'd love to be there to hear that conversation with the physical therapist!
I don't think there's any way that selfing in the plow or C positions would have much effect on the sciatic nerve itself - the bending that you do is all higher up in your trunk. Whether the stretching of the nerves higher up in the spine might effect the sciatic is an open question. X position could probably put some strain on it.
If you can handle taking a break from selfing until you're finished with your therapy it would be one less variable in your healing process.
Keep us up to date on your progress!

Back Issues & SS
I have a couple of damaged discs but can still self suck very well and frequently, although there is always a bit of soreness. It doesn't keep me from selfing, and it is easier than ever for me.
Read this, this helped me alot, most back pain is not structural!

thanks for those links, nopa.
since I've been doing my assigned excercises for my siatcia, the pain has largely gone away in a remarkable amount of time. I was even able to suck my dick a little without any siatica pain later on.
that creamy reward that slide down my throat more than made up for the wait!
