Inspired but need help
Alright there guys
I've got to say that after finding this site yesterday, what an inspiration it has been.
Ever since I was younger, every now and again, I have been popping my legs over my head at the last moment for a mouth full of my own juices but never pushed any further as I always thought it was only possible for rubber people and donkey hung guys.
After reading that there are guys on here in their 50's that can swallow a good few inches I thought that it's never too late to try.
I'm 36yr old 6'1" with just over 7" of thick meat. I weigh 102kg but got a average to muscular build so not a waif or a porker.
Tried the walking down the wall trick and managed to get within 3" with out warming up.
Got up this morning and my back seemed OK but had neck ache. Going to try some of the stretching exercise over the next few weeks, but just wondered if any of the larger guys on here have any hints!
Cheers

I’m not a large guy, but I have a few pointers, for what they are worth.
There are few guys naturally supple enough to enable themselves to SS, the rest of us have to work at it and in some cases damn hard! Although you may be able to get to within 3â€, it’s those last 3â€, getting progressively harder the closer you get, that are the most difficult to attain. You need to be fit, the less fat you carry the better. Joining your local Yoga class will be of great benefit; SS is not just about being supple, you need to be able to control your breathing which in turn helps you relax in the extreme positions required. Don’t smoke. Where possible cut out sugar from your diet. Don’t eat protein and carbohydrate at the same meal. Eat plenty of wholemeal pasta for slow energy release while stretching; try not to eat carbohydrates after 6pm as you are generally less active then and it’s inclined to turn to fat if not burned off. Don't eat within 4 -6 hours before working out and try making sure your bowels are empty too. Cut out tea, coffee and alcohol, drink plenty of water in stead. Have a look back through some of the older posts on aspects such as dietary supplements, especially those relating to the joints.
You may think theses measures extreme and you may be fortunate enough to get away with doing less, but worse cases scenario you may need every last little drop of help you can get – I don’t know? I only know from my own prospective that it’s taken a lot of dedication and self discipline for me to reach the stage I’m presently at and I’ve still a way to go yet before I consider myself a true (hands free) SSer.
Best of luck
