i managed to chop the earlier part of the trimmed video into thirds and am reencoding them to fit the site here. the quality isn't so hot from compressing it so much, but it is still watchable. you can really see the action a lot better in the earlier parts before i started getting it so deep.

Sorry about that, buddy - I just upped the maximum upload size from 50 to 70 MB - hope that helps!

50 & 70 MB? it was telling me 16!
the vid is just a bit over 16, and i tried telling DIVX to make it smaller, but no matter what i did it came out at 16,412KB...guess that was as much as it would compress.
trying again, will see what happens...

nope, still getting the same error. it says:
The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 16 MiB.

should i be doing something other than using the 'upload attachment' tab below the compose window? i hit that, browse to the file, hit 'add the file' and it comes back with the error above...

Hmmm - maybe that's a server setting problem - I'll check in with the hosting company and see if I can get it figured out. Sorry!

hey all,
i was sending someone over to see this video, and i had forgotten how poor the quality was trying to get it small enough to post. since al got the file size limit thingy straightened out, i am putting up a better quality version in three parts. ...and this is still the only site where you can get this video of me choking on my own dick!
