Newbie Progress Report

Hello All,

Been creeping the forum the past few weeks, unlike many stories I have read on this forum I did not come across this idea in my teens. But it is something that from time to time I have come across on porn sites. When I was younger I was pretty flexible and could get my legs behind my head albeit with some difficulty.

I started my journey about 2 weeks ago now. Much like anybody else in their 30's I am not the most active and although I don't consider myself fat I am 200lbs and 5'9. I am approx 8 inches in length. I began to perform some stretches and of course I have a very stiff lower back which I see a chiropractor for, I also have a slight anterior pelvic tilt so therefore my stomach has a little pouch right above my dick. After doing stretching, most of which made me learn that my hamstrings and legs are so friggen tight, I attempted C position and also X position. based on measurements I am approx 5 inches away and the skin in front of my abs bunches up and creates a wall which actually causes my penis to move further away.

Seems I have a long way to go, but part of me posting is that I want there to actually be a record / progress report for others who stumble across this forum. I have read and seen many posts in which someone posts a 1 or 2 month update and then drops off from posting. I have read even on this very forum that some believe that only 2-3 /1000 men are able to achieve this, therefore this is my experiment to see if this is true. Either my hard work pays off or at the very least I become more flexible and get a better spine out of the deal.

Either way my goal for the rest of the month is to focus on stretching and building my core strength and also improving my diet to help lessen the gut that is currently in my way. I will try to post and update at the very minimum every 2 weeks or so.

If you have any suggestions or helpful advice please feel free to share.

I didn't start stretching and practicing until 33 or so,
after the first couple fruitless attempts when I was younger, I made contact, tongue to tip, and always could after, with a fair bit of work and difficulty, and time.

When it occurred to me that I could get bendier, I started hamstring stretches among other things, I added cobra pose, and cat and cow poses, 15 to 30 minutes a day of stretching and yoga, and at least an hour or two of practice a week, and that was effective enough that a few years later I'm going balls deep, easily, and loving life.

My advice in a nutshell is;
-Stretch every day
-Couple your stretching with exercise
-Self sucking is strenuous, some force is exerted,
but don't over-do it, listen to your body
-Keep a positive attitude, and keep going, it all adds up
-End of day you will be bendier
-Eat lighter meals prior to / meal plan around: practice/sessions
-I wish I had known it was possible for it to become as
comfortable as it is for me now, so I'm telling you it's possible
for selfsucking to become much more comfortable, with practice.

When I started stretching, I couldn't hardly even touch my toes, and same with tongue to cocktip, just barely. I'm at 6" so I guess that's about the distance I closed, your 8" should be helpful! I hope you do keep us updated, I'm rooting for you.

Update 2

Sadly not much to update as I was actually on vacation and therefore diet and stretching was not as regulated. I have been focusing on stretching my legs and hamstring and have gained about 1 inch awqy from toe touching. Considering approx 3 monthes ago I couldn't go past my knee's this is a huge gain.

Also tried some yoga on vacation and it is something I want to incorporate. Now that I am back and able focus more I am hoping future updates will be more exciting.
