I work for a porn company, I'm always throwing crazy ideas like this at them but they often don't let me have my way, haha. One reason is the difficulty in many extreme or rare positions, another reason is they generally like to stick to more vanilla type sex, conventional is a safe formula, unconventional can sometimes get attention but other times turns many people off.
