y'know - I've enjoyed doing this, but it's ultimately frustrating because it feels great on the in-stroke, but as soon as I start to pull it out it pulls my cock out with it - all the way out.
Anybody else have this problem?

yes it does pull the cock out with it, which is quite normal.
u can always pull it out gently, just a little (when ur dick is deep inside), u do not have to pull it hard or quickly, just so easily and softly.
I know we cannot control orgasm sometimes...i think this is the problem.
with a dildo inside, part of my stretched balls plug my ass...wonderful feeling...that is why i use a dildo - besids enjoying the double penetration of course.
