Have you tried to fuck yourself immediately after you cum from masturbation or solosucking? Might be hard to get yourself motivated immediately after cumming, but you'd probably be less likely to get hard immediately.
Otherwise all I can suggest is distraction - do calculus in your head or something else that'll occupy your mind.
