Hello and a Little Introduction

Hello solosuckers (and fans), I am in my early 50s and have been trying to get into selfsucking in recent times. I used to be able to lick the tip when I was 18-19 in a plow position after reading about it in an adult magazine at the time. Things moved on and I got fatter.

Recently, I started taking my health a little more seriously, I exercise regularly, I run and I have lost weight. I have been wanting to try and lick myself again and after many months, of trying, eventually I made contact, initially with my pulled foreskin, and now I can lick my cock head. Almost able to suck but perhaps half inch short of that. I'm quite lucky that I have a fairly long tongue, which definitely helps, especially with licking precum off myself, hmmmm.

Anyway, I have been active on Reddit for a while, with the same username as here (and there is content to see there too), but I thought I'd better show my face here. Of course, any advice and encouragement is welcome.

Hey, nice picture!
When I started, I couldn't even touch my toes, but I could lick the tip, now I can pretty much lay forward on my legs, and in plow I can get the whole thing in my mouth.
My advice is to do stretching and yoga every day whether you're going to have a session or not, even 10 or 15 minutes a day will add up. I think hamstring stretches and cobra pose are the most helpful.
Other tips I picked up here on this forum, that helped:
It's easier at the end of a long physically active day, and it's easier if your stomach isn't too full, a hot shower or bath can also help.

Good luck, be persistent, don't overdo it, and if you're sore after a session, give yourself some time to rest. I'm rooting for you. It gets better and better and better.
I'm amazed how comfortable it has become these days, I've actually fallen asleep in plow before, so know that that is possible, that it may become easier and more comfortable.

Glad you like the photo. It shows I’m making progress and yes, it gets more comfortable each time. Sound advice though and very much appreciated. I stretch my hammies and back most days and only try to suck after a very hot shower and much stretching.
