be more specific on steps
It would be great if you started a jurnal listing precise exercises you are doing and for how long and what order , which help which don't . I'd like to see other ss's exercise routines as well or any tips aside from ones on the site.
Exercises I do
Here are a log of the exercises I do:
- warm up by swinging my hips up and down
Then I use this Yoga-Asanas (from the Iyengar-Book for Newbies):
- Uttanasana
- Marichyasana
- Pashchimottanasana
- Backbend on a Gymnastic-Ball
- Supta-Virasana (just trying)
- Ushtrasana
- Baddha-Konasana (until my balls touch my heels)
- Janu-Shirasana
- Triang-Mukhaikapada-Pashchimottanasana
- Pashchimottanasana
- variaton of Pashchimottanasana
(strong bending my spine, mouth direction to my cock)
- variaton of Pashchimottanasana
(very strong bending my spine, mouth direction to my cock)
- variaton of Pashchimottanasana
(very very strong bending my spine, mouth direction to my cock)
- Backbend on a Gymnastic-Ball (try to relax)
On this point are 20 minutes gone, now you can try to go in:
- plough-position, with feets on wall (just relax and let sink your body against your face, the press with your feet against the wall down your hips to your face (that was when I made first tip-cock-contact)
- lay on your back and try to get one feet behind your neck (try every day a little more until you reach the x-position)
- try to sit on the floor leaning against a wall, put your feet on a chair in front of you, grab one feet and place it in your neck, then the other above (you will be astouned how your legs push your head down to your cock).
These are the exercises I did since September 1st every day except saturdays.
I will try to make a fotogallery where you all can see progress in selfsucking.
I learned many of the descriptions from "Lucasraleigh" and the Videos from our Master "Al Eingang" and of course "sqh0710" - once more thank you al a LOT.

in the files-section.
I always do after all that action: Backbend on a Gymnastic-Ball.
From start to end I need about 50 minutes - It makes fun and I cum
