Are you having a problem signing in, or once you're in there?
For sign in, go to the bottom of any page in the forums and find the "sign in for hot, free..." banner and then look at the "webchat' box next to it. You have 2 options for signing on: you can click the "Sign up!" link to create an account, or you can just type a temporary user name into the box where it says "Screen name" and click the "login" button. A new window should open up (if it doesn't you may have a pop-up blocker working in your browser) it'll take a minute to connect and then you're ready to go.
