why cant I see videos posted in the forum

Sorry for the problem! These forums run on a quirky platform - I have trouble seeing certain kinds of video on my Mac computer and have to download them from the forums and watch them in a player. You can download videos by right-clicking on the name of the video and doing "Save as" (or something similar - the wording varies) to a download location on your computer. What operating system and browser are you using?
