Yeah you have to stick with a stretching routine that allows you to increase flexibility, but does not push your body too hard. I find that if I stay stretching it is effortless for me, but if I go without my routine and then try one day, its just not there anymore. I used to be like, 7 inches away....

I ride my exercise bike on the hardest setting for about an hour before I even start stretching for SS. A good warm up helps so much.

So I have been sucking since..... I don't even remember, and yes you will get better with time. When I first tried I was inches away, now I can get a good 1/4 - 1/2 of my dick. I found the best gains to come from exercise and losing a little weight. I try to bike 10 - 20 km a day and it has paid off...
