I bought a Doc Johnson Medium Buttplug from CheapLubes.com and boy let me tell you...I finally am fucking myself with the buttplug's assistance! I use it for about 3-5 minutes fucking myself with it, with the widest part of the plug.

Uncut here. My technique is to use a medium butt plug and exercise my hole for about 3-5 minutes with the widest part of the plug. Lube up both my hole and cock with silicone lube very generously so it is nice and slippery. Now the position I use is the standing up cowboy position with my legs ahead...
