Ahh your kneeling position differs from mine, I dont use my feet, I use the ground instead.. i'll take a few pics in a few minutes..

The kneeling position involves you having your knees on the ground (facing away from the front of your body) and your legs/feet behind you, with the bottom of the feet facing upwards. hmm I know my posts are confusing as its impossible to explain how i do it .
