Any luck second time around?

Im using a weight belt around the torso to pull me forward and down. Loose the weight. Empty the gut. Warm up well. Remember this nedds to be consistent not a one time thing.

I would agree. Wieght watchers may be a better bet than that many years with yoga and 0 results. Just fasting for 3 days helps me.
