I do about one hour yoga session two to three times a week; you can find iyengar yoga or hatha yoga on line. 2. No I don't feel you can do yoga to often. Actually you're flexing the lower abdominals much like leg lifts, you know lying on the floor and holding your feed about 6" off the floor. This will help them and keep the fat off.
