Hey Al ive posted quite abit on here now but im startin to lose motivation

I was just wondering what are the basics to SSing?

I need to start all over again

Ive read the forum etc but i want your opinion because your the Pro

when I have time - I might not be quick, but it's good info!
I'm not sure what to tell you other than one of those classic things that teachers say - developing patience is just as important as developing skills. If you really want to to do it you'll need to relax and enjoy the learning process, which should be much easier with selfsucking than with, say, trigonometry.
The only real shortcut that I know of is being born with a genetic disorder that makes you extra flexible, as I was - otherwise you just need to work at it.

It's feeling more like a disorder right now because I'm recovering from a winter of illness, hospitalization, 6 weeks of IV antibiotics and a protracted recovery from endocarditis all related to the effects of the genetic condition on my heart.
It's been tough, but I have made sucking on my cock an important part of my recovery process!
