not sure how to classify myself here...i am 'out of touch' again at the moment (so 'seldom'), but when i am in shape and able to reach without problems i easily average twice a day...that is, i might miss some days, but i make up for it by going three or four times on other days.

OK, i had to go 'seldom' on that then as the best i seem to manage these days is a little licking (on a good day). i have actually gotten my lips to the head about twice in the last month or so which is better than i have done in quite a while.
